License

One license covers one production Magento instance. Development, staging and other non-production environments are included. Each further production instance needs its own license.

Renewal

The license runs for 12 months. If you do not renew, the extensions keep working without updates. Renewing later means paying for the missed period. Renewals are non-refundable.

Support

An engineer replies within one business day, usually in under 4 hours (Mon–Fri, CET). The fee also covers updates for every included extension.

What is not included?

Trident Velocity Engine, Trident Prism and the B2B Suite. They are licensed separately.

Are new extensions included?

Yes. Extensions released while your license runs are included, except Trident and the B2B Suite.

Can I use it on several stores?

One license covers one production Magento instance. Each further production instance needs its own license.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. You have 30 days from your first purchase, no questions asked. Renewals are non-refundable.
