Services, licences and support, valid for 12 months. When it ends, licences keep working without updates, and renewing pays the missed period.

● LICENCES

One licence, one production instance.

Non-production environments are included. Assign a licence to your merchant and settle the cost internally.

● SUPPORT

GitLab and Slack.

Direct with our engineers. An engineer replies within one business day, usually in under 4 hours (Mon–Fri, CET).

● REFUND

30-day refund.

Ask for a refund within 30 days of buying the package. A refund revokes access to the licences, GitLab and Slack.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. STEP 01 Apply Your name, work email, agency website and what you are interested in.
  2. STEP 02 Intro call Thirty minutes. We go through your projects, your tier and the price. No deck.
  3. STEP 03 Invoice Once the partnership is approved, you receive an invoice by email.
  4. STEP 04 Onboard After payment, access credentials, licence keys and Composer repository links arrive by email.

What it means for your agency.

This is the partner terms in plain language. If something isn't here, it isn't part of the package.

Standardising extensions

The package gives you licence keys and Composer repository links, so your client projects can install from the same source. Each production Magento instance needs its own licence.

Engineering help

GitLab and Slack are the official channels. That's where you raise issues and talk to us about our extensions.

Presenting it to clients

You can assign a licence to your merchant and settle the cost internally. Public or mass resale needs written consent from qoliber.

Co-marketing

Co-marketing isn't part of the partner terms. If you'd like to do something together, such as a case study, raise it on the intro call.

Eligibility

A partner is a development agency with an active account on partners.qoliber.com. Every application is approved by us before the package starts.

Licence ownership

A licence is the right to use the software on one production Magento instance. Copying, distribution, sublicensing and unauthorised modifications are prohibited, and we may audit how licences are used.

Support scope

We react without undue delay. Support doesn't cover third-party extensions or non-standard implementations.

Onboarding

Once we approve you, an invoice arrives by email. After payment, we email your access credentials, licence keys and Composer repository links.

Tiers

Obsidian, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze are the size and benefit level of the package. Prices are agreed on the call.
